If a person keeps premises open for public refreshment and entertaining between 10.00pm and 5.00am in the morning they are required to have a Late Night Refreshment House Licence.

Many of the restaurants in Ocean Road that stay open till 2.00am have Late Night Refreshment House Licences attached to their premises.
