Sex Establishment Licence
Apply for a Sex Establishment Licence
Sex Establishments are required to be licensed under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982.
If you would like to apply for a licence to operate a Sex Establishment you must download, fill in and sign the application form and send it to:

You are also required to place a notice of application in a local newspaper and you should contact the Licencing team for further guidance.
