Street Trader Licence

Apply for Street Trading Consent

Street Trading Consent is defined as the selling or offering for sale of any article in the street. This includes food such as burgers, kebabs, and doughnuts etc. or other items such as household goods.

If you would like to apply for consent to carry out Street Trading you must download, fill in and sign the application form and send it with the appropriate fee to:

Please ensure that you read the Notes to Applicants, Conditions and list of Consent Streets. The consent holder may be assisted by up to two nominated persons by completing the Assistants form.
