Apply for a Riding Establishment Licence
Licences to keep a riding establishment are issued under the Riding Establishment Acts 1964 and 1970.
If you would like to apply for a Riding Establishment licence you must download, fill in and sign the application form and send it, with a registration fee of £91 to:

Make your cheques and postal orders payable to Borough of South Tyneside.
Please note that you will also have to pay for an inspection by an authorised Veterinary Surgeon or Practitioner. The cost of the inspection varies depending on the premises.
