If you would like to apply for a Dog Breeding licence you must download, fill in and sign the application form and send it, with a registration fee of £92.00 to: Licensing, Middlefields, Heddon Way, South Shields, Tyne and Wear, NE34 0NT.

Make your cheques and postal orders payable to Borough of South Tyneside.

Please note that you will also have to pay for an inspection by an authorised Veterinary Surgeon or Practitioner. The cost of the inspection varies depending on the premises.
