Missed bin collection
If you believe your wheelie bin was not emptied when it should have been, please fill in this form. Please let us know by the end of the next working day after your bin was due to be collected.
We will arrange to empty the reported bin as soon as possible after we have received your form.
Please remember:
The Council empties your wheelie bin once a week on an alternate weekly cycle (one week waste, one week recycling). You need to put your bin out for collection by 7.30am on your collection day. Please leave the bin at the edge of your property where our vehicle can get to it.
