You can use this form to request a replacement grey household bin, blue recycling bin or green garden bin.

Please note - If you need a replacement blue bin with a red lid (residents in the Whitburn and Marsden trial recycling area only), please phone the Customer Contact Centre on 0191 427 7000.

Please note that you are only entitled to one refuse bin per property, and our crews will empty one refuse bin per property on collection day.

If the crew don’t get an answer on the arranged delivery day where a signature is requested by the customer, then there is a re-delivery charge of £3.80 that must be paid before the bin will be redelivered.
