We try to repair all street lighting faults within 3 working days but for those which involve other agencies, such as electricity supply companies, we will let you know by e-mail if we expect the repair to take longer than this.

Please note that, on some new developments where the Council has yet to adopt the highway, street lighting defects may be the responsibility of the house builder.
